Views of my walk today

Yesterday went like this: 9am-10am Spin Class, 10am-11am strength training, 11-12 Pilates Class, 12:30-2:00 on the road bike. Then watch the Jets win late at night. So Today was a rest day and I went for a walk.

  1. I thought maybe I was the only guy cyclist that took advantage of Pilates as well. I truly believe it helps prevent injury, not to mention the strength it builds, especially in the core. Dan from Maryland.

  2. I'm the only guy in the class, maybe because it's at a late am time and most guys are working.
